At Whoopi's we only carry the highest quality products which is highly seasonable therefore we have put in place the following policy.
Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt for a full refund excluding shipping. Item(s) must be returned with a tracking number via UPS, DHL or FED EX.
You have up to 10 days from receipt for us to receive your return to receive a store credit for merchandise that is not on sale. Store credit does not expire.
After 10 days we will not accept any merchandise for return, any merchandise that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.
Online purchases must be shipped back to the store in order to qualify for these terms. Returns brought into the store will qualify for the in-store return policy only.
Items purchased on sale 25% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned of exchanged.
Items purchased on sale at less than 25% off may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
These items must be shipped back to the store and received by us within 7 days from receipt.
